• This guarantee does not apply to other treatments provided by Hairline.com.au. The following are not covered by the Money Back Guarantee: Plasma Hair Growth treatments, ALMI Nanofat treatments, Fibrin Hair Growth treatments, Rigenera Micrograft treatments. Only FUI Hair transplant procedures are covered by the guarantee and these are covered according to the restrictions detailed in the exclusions listed directly above.
• This guarantee does not apply to situations where the patient fails to follow pre- and post-operative instructions, or engages in activities that could negatively impact the success of the transplant.
• This guarantee does not apply to persons who conduct in the activity of smoking even if only in a social manner.  Smoking inhibits wound healing and thus anyone found to have engaged in any level of smoking will not be covered by the guarantee.
• This guarantee does not apply to persons who fail to complete the full course of medication provided (at no cost to the patient) in a responsible and daily manner.
• This guarantee does not apply to persons who fail to use the medicated shampoo provided (at no cost to the patient) in a regular hair care routine.
• This guarantee does not apply to persons who fail to complete the 3 Plasma Hair Growth treatments (included in your hair transplant package) in the timeframe as laid out by the Doctor.
• This guarantee does not apply to persons who in the 12 months following their procedure are diagnosed with Diabetes, Cancer, Leukaemia, Heart Disease or other serious illness that would prevent normal wound or cell growth.
• Lastly this guarantee does not apply to persons who withheld information from the Doctor regarding their medical history or their smoking history.

Claiming Your Guarantee:

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your hair transplant results, you must contact us at 12 months post procedure to initiate a claim. We will require you to provide documentation of your concerns, including photographs and any relevant medical records. Our team will then review your claim with the Doctor and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include:

• Corrective procedures: We will offer corrective procedures at no additional cost to you to address any issues with your hair transplant results.
• Full refund: In rare cases where it is evident that your hair transplant has not achieved a minimum of 75% hair graft growth, we will offer you a full refund of the cost of your hair transplant.

Refund Payment Timeline:

All Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the claim being deemed a successful.  Payments will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
